Plasma 6.8 with qt6 6.12 gives plasma 40 second logout delay

I finally found the upstream bugs and merged fixes for this issue.

The removal of the pager widget is the temporary work around. Hopefully the upstream fix will come through in a qt6 update before long. Not having a pager is pretty inconvenient so I will live with the logout delay until this gets fixed upstream.

This seems to have progressed quickly upstream, and hopefully will be in 6.12.1    due for release in about three weeks.
