[Fixed] Microphone Mute LED not synced on Thinkpad T14s Gen 4

Okay, so I've done a bit of looking around, and there are only two similar posts here, and they're for a different model, for a different issue (their was for the audio mute), and neither offered a solution. I've posted here, but I'm also not sure whether this should go to the hardware section... anyways, here it is:

The laptop has a Fn + F1 mute audio key, and a Fn + F4 mute microphone key. They are mapped to XF86AudioMute and XF86AudioMicMute, respectively, and each has a LED indicator for their status. I have bound both in Hyprland to swayosd-client.

When I mute the audio, the LED turns on fine, while it does not when I mute the mic. I have no clue why. I have confirmed that both actually work, as in they really are muted in wireplumber.

Ok, the kernel knows about hardware LED and assigned it to right trigger. Maybe pipewire mutes software stream instead of hardware.
Assuming ALSA device is hw:0, mute the mic, then

$ amixer -D hw:0 > /tmp/amixer-muted.txt

Unmute the mic, then

$ amixer -D hw:0 > /tmp/amixer-unmuted.txt

Compare mixer states:

$ diff /tmp/amixer-muted.txt /tmp/amixer-unmuted.txt

There is no difference between the files. I also verified with checksums just in case.

Well, since mic mute key works but hardware mixer state doesn't change, it looks like pipewire or other high level part of software mutes mic stream at software level. Thus that part should also "know" how to toggle corresponding LED instead of kernel.
Sorry, further is out of my competence. Hope someone else will help to move on.

Well, I have mostly no clue how, or why, or when, but today I tried to press the button, and it works...
