This is just a simple question I'm asking myself. Given that PHP 8.3 is already starting to be phased out (the latest version of Nextcloud recommends removing it) and that the standard PHP package is now set to version 3.5, wouldn't it make sense to update the php-legacy package to 8.4?

8.3 has security support until 31 Dec 2027 so there's still time.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

I see. Although I was asking mainly because of the Nextcloud issue. I imagine that since there won't be a problem until version 37, the package will have been updated by then.
Thanks a million.

Is it updated for this week's CVEs? Has it hit the repos yet?
