lxqt-config-monitor shows nothing

lxqt 2.4.0-1

lxqt-config-monitor shows nothing nor reads ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt-config-monitor.conf

Since lxqt updates to 2.4.0-1, I'm unable to use LXQt Settings > Monitor.
I manage to delete as root the entire lxqt group from console (not user session), and then reboot and reinstall it as root from console. No way, same problem.

I've search in this forum, lxqt forum, and many many other forums, no finding nothing relevant to this issue.

Finally, I copied as root the ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt-config-monitor.conf from a lxqt 2.1.0 desktop in a Debian machine that has a similar LVDS1 monitor 1633 x 768 and connected to the same HDMI1 1920 x 1080 TV.
I saved the original ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt-config-monitor.conf in Arch as ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt-config-monitor.conf.bak and paste the Debian version from console as root (not user session), chowned it to daniel:daniel and then reboot the machine, without success.

My original v.2.4.0-1 ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt-config-monitor.conf :

[General]
__userfile__=true
size=@Size(600 400)

My present v.2.1.0 from Debian ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt-config-monitor.conf :

[General]
__userfile__=true
size=@Size(1110 600)

Re: lxqt-config-monitor shows nothing

https://lxqt-project.org/release/2026/1 … is%20ready. ?

Sure it's lxqt itself?
(2.5 is currently in testing)
