Asus Zenbook Deluxe 3 -> no graphical shell on external monitor

Good morning, everyone.

I’m having a problem with my Asus Zenbook Deluxe 3: since the screen isn’t working anymore, I connected it to my TV to use it as an external monitor, but after installation, I can only access the text-based terminal.

What should I share here in the group to help identify the problem and find a solution? I should add that I’ve tried several distros, and X has always worked for me, as long as I booted in failsafe mode.
