arch on my friend google...well as you have suposed im using pentium4 flags..but qith the -O3 flag...so after i adjust to -O2 everything went fine...i just wanted to have the maximum boost on the machine with my favorite distro arch linux off course...but i think ill prefere the boost will safety...ps: there is a patch to compile with -O3 flag...

well same bull*** on coreutils..i cant seem to compile with makepkg or makeworld....can some one help?..

Please don't bother.

Recompiling these packages will result in *zero* practical improvement of anything. The time you wasted recompiling them, will outweigh by far time you will 'gain', which is most likely 0 or even negative.
