I can't watch DVD's!

I'm having an odd problem.  This is a fresh installation of Arch, almost identical to my previous installation.  The only difference is that I'm using KDE instead of Gnome.  It worked fine before.

I can't watch DVD's.  I installed the codecs, libdvdcss, libdvdnav, and libdvdread packages.  Even with those, it doesn't work.  Part of it was the system not correctly mounting the DVD, which I fixed by adding hal to the daemons.

Kaffeine gives me the following errors.

The source can't be read.  Maybe you don't have enough rights for this, or source doesn't contain data (e.g: no disk in drive).  (///dev/hdb)

No plugin found to handle this resource (dvd://dev/hdb)

I can't believe that I'm dense enough to forget about that.  *smacks self over the head*  It works now.  Thanks!
