Sound problems

Ok i cannot for the life of me get my sound to work. Every single app that uses sound i have tried but it fails, the only music ive heard is the annoying speaker beeps. i followed the alsa wiki: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Alsa

did everything there, heres some posts outputs:

yeah, just for ndiswrapper tho....

nvm a reboot fixed up the problem
