managing network profiles

Hello,
what do you use for managing your network profiles?

One posibility is using netcfg /and "graphical" version netcfg --menu/. But i want something "clickable" /dirty way but in most cases more confortable/

Now i am trying knetworkmanager which for wifi works great. The problem is i don't know how to activate another cable profile / i want use more "cable" profiles not only the main defined in rc.conf.
So..the question is.. have i another /better/ possibility to manage my net profiles / wifi and cable, ppp not necessary/?

and/or

How can i configure knetworkmanager?

Re: managing network profiles

well, while I can't help much with knetworkmanager, but there is always the user contributed app here -> http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=24251 that helps manage your network-profiles/ directory graphically.

I've not tried it, but it might be worth a shot.
