artifacts in firefox and epiphany, weird

well I don't knwo what's going on but I'm getting some "artifacts" in some sites with firefox and epiphany or any gecko browser. Opera and konqueror works fine but look what is going on with epiphany:

It's not an overheating problem nor a problem with my hardware because firefox in windows is working fine. Neither is a problem with compiz or xgl because it also happened before I installed them.

Any clues? it's quite annoying and I don't want to use opera or konqueror.

Thanks

My guess is its something with your video card, i would reinstall the drivers for it.

How do I install older drivers? I want to try a previous version.

Maybe 8.30 or 8.31, I have an ATi radeon mobility 9600.

Re: artifacts in firefox and epiphany, weird

those could still be in your cache, browse that

i would just go to ati's site and grab old ones. there could be a chance the older versions are cached on your machine already

I don't have the old ones because it is a fresh install. I tried building the old ones without success.

EDIT:
I just build the packages, I'll see if is an ati issue
