Should a user have a mobo which boots from USB flash (secure card or otherwise), what USB mode is provided...is it 1.1 USB or 2.0USB?
EDIT added question......
Does your mobo have USB 2.0 boot capability....USB-HDD, USB-ZIP,boot from removeable device?
Please advise the mobo and the type of boot provided...
Info on this function is not readily available in reviews or otherwise.......

Depends on the mobo, but if its USB 2.0 capable "hi-speed" will be used.
(At least my LiveUSB is a lot faster on a USB 2.0 Memory Stick than on my USB 1.* mp3-Stick)
Haven't been here in a while. Still rocking Arch.

A visit to FRY'S computer department reveals they don't know that USB-HDD boot option is provided in some mobos!!!! They claim it isn't an option!!!!
