About the Xfce 4.4 ...

In the middle of this page, it says that:

... You have to first right click on the desktop, then select Create Launcher, then fill in the boxes for name and command, and then select an icon from a pop window. ...

Here is the demo image:

Any guys know how to enable this?
The default install seems has no such feature. And I can not find any configuration options to make it sad

Like qlus said, right-click on an existing desktop icon.

The image is flawed, it only works when right-clicking on a desktop-icon.
