abiword closed immidiatly after splash screen[solved. thanks]

can't use this app.
if i open it in the console, after the program is close, i get in the console: Aborted
and thats it, i dont know what to do, for solving it.

su -c "pacman -S strace"
(provide root password)
strace -o /home/andav/errlog abiword

This will provide you some useful info about the app crashing.
I cannot say why it crashes, because I do not use it.

i installed strace and ran this command:
strace -o /home/coco/errlog abiword  (coco is my user name)

and again, abiword show the splash screen and closed immediatly.
nothing is written in the console

Not sure if you have already tried this but I had a similar problem with an app a while ago doing the same thing (can't remember what it was) but I found that removing the configuration file in my home directory and then reinstalling the app fixed the problem. You could create another user then log in as that user to see if it works first before removing anything.

can you guide me through?
where is the configuration file and ut's name?
after remove this file, remove abiword and then install it back?

i go into .AbiSuite directory, in my home directory.
there is there a file called abiword.profile
i deleted it and reinstall abiword, and now i can use it.
