revert to old audacious?

After the audacious update, the program is buggy.  There are random lockups, resizing suddenly dissappeared, it suddenly is "unable to play files" in the middle of playing the said file, and so on.  I am surprised noone else had these problems.

Re: revert to old audacious?

I had a lot of similar problems; I lost streaming audio (which is what I mostly use it for), although I don't think that was related specifically to the Arch package.

Either way I removed the 1.3 version, cleared my cache, and installed the 1.2.2-2 player and the 1.2.5-3 plugins.  Add unzip, taglib and libmpcdec, shake well and serve. wink

Re: revert to old audacious?

I'm also having problems like the ones described.  Anyone have any idea what the issue(s) might be?  Are these upstream bugs?  Or is this an Arch-specific problem?
