If you can't wait for gnome, I always have the latest stable builds at ftp://schoolbak.dyndns.org/pub/archlinux/incoming/
All packages have been flagged already, it's just the maintainer has loads of work to do at school causing him not to have that much time at this moment. I think we can expect new packages this weekend or somewhere next week.
Please don't open request topics for every small service release of gnome, Archlinux will upgrade when packaging of it is done.
