is deskbar broken after the last big update

Hi, Deskbar won't load in my machine after the last update (the same thing happened to nautilus but that was because thacker-gnome-search-tool installing a naughty nautilus plugin I suggested should be installed ). if everybody's deskbar's are still happily living in the panel... what could have caused it??

my guess would be that it has to be rebuilt against python 2.5
but the new deskbar-applet 2.18 is out, so hopefully it will be available soon.

and it's not only broken for you. python 2.5 is a rather big step for all.

edit: the server just wasn't synced yet. after another update deskbar is working fine again, as it was rebuilt against python 2.5 already
so just wait until your server is synced.
