is it copy right protected? as in a movie
or is it data ?
or music ?
are you trying to do this on the fly (disc to disc)
or are you trying to use k3b to give you an iso of a dvd
does your machine even recognize the dvd
i have data backed up to a dvd that arch wont read i burned it in arch using k3b but my machine running arch will not read the disc currently , but the same machine diffrent distro (puppy linux) reads it windows machines read it but not arch
you may have one of those dvds that arch dont like for whatever reason .
i have not spent a lot of time researching this though maybe one day ill find the time

No... DVD is not write protected. That is simple data disk. When I try to start dvd copy, the messsage what I get is Write error. I have Pioneer DVD-rw 110 who works on older versions of k3b perfect (I never before not use Arch and that is my first 1.0 k3b version
). k3b show in settings ok parametars for this dvd-rw.
Copy dvd don`t work even is "on fly" or if I using image.
