[xfce] Usb drive not mounted on desktop

Hello,

I am just wondering if it is possible to have any usb drive mounted on Xfce desktop ?

Everything works well with sticks :
- I can see a relative icone on desktop
- I can right click over it and I have a menu to umount it
- and umounting is working !

But for drives, it is not mounted on desktop, I can only access  with thunar in /media/<disk> but I can't umount it.. a pity

I am using Xfce 4.4 with classic kernel.

Any help is really appreciated.
