I want to know more about pacbuild. Is it able to mantain automatically a repo, doesn't it?
What's the status of its development? Can we hope to see it managing our repos, one day?

pacbuild is a distributed environment for *building* packages.  It does not (yet) support managing repos.
I've started some wiki docs: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pacbuild_Explained

It's incomplete currently, but will grow as time goes on.
