Checking Refresh Rate and Resolution under X

I run fluxbox ... yet for some arcane reasons I can swear that it does not run at 85 refresh rate, although I set it to run at that rate in the config file. Is there an app I can use to check if it really is that refresh rate?

Will xvidtune with the fetch option do what you want?

Well ... yes. Though strangely it reports 85.0 refresh rate ... my eyes still hurt as it would be 60.
