got a small problem

just updated some stuff after the update/ install
i got this
[root@routty jlvsimoes]# ldconfig

something is bad here
things like mozilla are not working " it dependes on it "
if i rm the the stuff mozilla works " werd "
can you help making me understand waths " bad " here

Try a different copy of the xine package. The update version might have gotten corrupted on download.

the gtk libs did the same thats whi i talked about mozilla but its still werd i rm
the files and " everithing works " ?????????

There is something wrong were I updated mc and after the update it did not work it complained about some missing libs (gmp) im not sure gmp was installed in the first place but I installed gmp e mc started working again my question is 
Is this normal
Since its not the first time something like this appends after an upgrade Thanks for the time and for the help
Ps: in case some off you are just wondering about my recent improvement on ingles writhing I must confess im cheating im using MS word on Al lol: P

The mc packages was missing a dependency on gpm.  That's been fixed now.

As for Xine, I'd recommend re-installing the packages first.  My libs seem fine.  'pacman -S xine-lib xine-ui'
