Some things missing from Gentoo.

Hi! I finally took the path to Arch after weeks of removable media random failures with Gentoo, and it's simply amazing. Of course, every single removable media works in Arch like a charm. But there are some things I'm missing.

1. Where are the games? With community repo enabled there is no Astromenace, no Doomsday and no No Gravity. And no Glest. Is there any game repository?
2. I miss my Crystal KWin style so much. How can I get it? AFAIK ABS is something similar to Portage. Will I find Crystal KWin style there?
3. I prefer to use Compiz over Beryl. In Gentoo, I used a custom ebuild to grab the latest git release. How can I do something similar with Arch and ABS?

Thank you. My Gentoo took 3-4 days to be up. My Arch was up in 3-4 hours (I prefer incremental setups over automated ones, i.e. let me install only the base, and I will install later what I need). And is up now.

abs has the same stuff you can get out of the main repo's(current, extra, community, unstable).   You can probably find crystal in AUR:unsupported... here's a few links for you.

doomsday
Astromenace
glest
compiz

Some of these, well, I think all of these had additional packages that went with them.  Just search for them in AUR and you'll see all the add-ons.  The easiest way to get aur packages is to use aurbuild.

1. glest is in community repo. Astromenace, Doomsday are in AUR: http://aur.archlinux.org/index.php Get the PKGBUILD from there to build a package.
2. Search in AUR for Crystal. There are several packages. One of them is probably the theme you want.
3.  There are compiz PKGBUILDs in AUR too.

# aurbuild -s kdedecor-crystal
# aurbuild -s crack-attack
# aurbuild -s compiz-kde-git

This is A LOT like emerge, and there are more packages :):)

Thanks, guys! I'm knowing now why there are many former Gentooers who have embraced Arch and never looked back!
