checking package integrity... corrupted [ SOLVED ]

I got this error,

checking package integrity...
error: archive flac-1.1.4-1.pkg.tar.gz is corrupted
archive flac-1.1.4-1.pkg.tar.gz is corrupted

prompt#

What can I do ?
I got this while running pacman -Syu  Can I do pacman -Syu  "minus flac" ?

rm /var/cache/pacman/pkg/flac-1.1.4-1.pkg.tar.gz and run pacman again.
