Since my most recent upgrade 2 days ago, konqueror has become slow to respond and slow to render page content. The new page slowly comes into view like it's being drawn on the screen with a paint roller. Aside from the freetype2 changes is there anything else that might have caused this? Is there any way I can fix it? At the moment it's so slow it's almost unusable.
--> EXA rendering is currently an issue with xorg. Switching back to XAA fixed the problem and at least tripled the speed and response of all my apps. Hopefully EXA (which is more advanced) will be fixed in xorg 7.4.
