What is the powerful tool for AUR?

qpkg maybe not supported makepkg 3.0?
I need a change because I can't use it with makepkg 3.0.

qpkg is no longer developed. Try aurbuild instead. It will be updated for makepkg 3.0 soon. In the mean time, you can set USE_FAKEROOT to "y" in makepkg.conf as a workaround.
