Hi guys!
I have some small problems with XFCE 4.4:
1- network manager applet start but it appears like a vertical line in xfApplet
2- how can i suspend or hibernate system in XFCE 4.4? in logout menu there are no entries...

2. I believe xscreensaver has the ability to handle power management such as hibernation and suspension. There's also a plugin for XFCE which is called xfce4-battery-plugin that might be interesting for you.

if your laptop has an extrakey for suspend you could use xbindkeys to use this key to suspend.
However, you could use any key or key-combination you like...

It's strange because touchpad always worked fine after a basic installation... bha...

You do realize suspend/hibernate is _not_ a DE (such as xfce) feature right? This is something you'll have to set up on your own.
