You need Openbox from SVN to use this theme. The theme doesn't work with Openbox from the extra respotory. If you're using the SVN version, create a directory ~/.themes/<name>/openbox-3/ and put the themerc.xml in it. Then you can either edit your rc.xml or select the theme with ObConf2.

Ok tried to compile the openbox-svn from aur, but didnt compile, you got any arch package?

In smoon's repository there is an openbox-svn package, but you need pacman3 to use this repo.
