trying out Visibility

Hi,

I have loaded Visibility testing it out but just wondering if I can have App names rather than icons displayed?

got three empty black boxes on right of panel [turned out desktop names!]

Ok so I want it to look more like Pypanel [clock would be nice!]

Anyone got a config I could look at [dump it arch pastebin!]

emmm maybe I should check out website ;-) if anyone has got a link please!

I R too messing with visibility now ^^

check out the april screenshot thread HT or TH is the man to copy:

I think I use that bash whatnot script to get clock on urxvt or adesklet for a clock or conky

visibility website is linked to april thread also (impossible to find in google ^^)
theres theme and configs on that site. Other than that docs seem minimal

I don't think you can have it use names instead of icons but I just use an instance of conky to display the date and stuff. You can probably decorate it to look like however your visibility is set up so it looks all pretty.

Wouldn't using application names make it just another panel? The reason I like visibility is because it uses icons which make it more compact. The only thing I would like to see is a built-in clock.

@Borosai A clock would be handy and yes it would just be another panel with app names giving the user a choice thats all.... I have used Pypanel for a few years now does what I want it do was thinking about replacing it with visibility .....

Well this is an option for people that wants to use it as an panel, and pypanel is the only one of it's kind all the other panels are gtk+ based.
