Some newbie feelings...

Hi,

I've just start to play with Arch and it looks great but there are several points I don't understand:
- Why is Arch so far away from the File Hierarchy Standard ?
- Why Arch requires "ed" as a dependency of "patch" since "sed" is already there ?
- and what about the need of the "klibc" packages ?

That's said, Arch really looks like a really good distro.
