Re: Graphical obex

I successfully use my O2 xda mini (this is a German re-brand of a HTC Magician, also known as iMate Jam) with both konqueror and krusader.

the Magician was not operated through Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, but by the BlueSoleil Bluetooth Stack, which enables that phone doing File Transfer Profile.

Re: Graphical obex

Hi, I use this for my usb connection with my nokia 6630
http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/QO … tent=48364

It's a little trivial but works out of the box with obexftp package and PyQt and pyxml.
just decompress the archive and launch the pyton script.
Hope this may help
cheers

Re: Graphical obex

What type of mobile phone do you have?  My SonyEricsson w810i just appears as a SCSI device on my system, the same way as 99% of USB storage devices do.

/dev/sda - Phone memory
/dev/sda1 - Phone memory logical device (FAT)
/dev/sdb - Phone Memory stick
/dev/sdb1 - Phone Memory stick logical device (FAT)

The only time I ever need OBEX is for transferring files over Bluetooth.

Hope this helps.
