I'm trying to pkg it, but this is what I get :
AccessPoint.h:60: error: extra qualification 'AccessPoint::' on member 'operator=='
Main.h:18: error: extra qualification 'Main::' on member 'ScanAPs'
make[1]: *** [main.o] Error 1
The last version of this app is from 2004 o.o

remove Main:: and try again

I just tested it without a PKGBUILD to see if it compiles.
When I run configure I get this:
$ ./configure
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for gawk... gawk
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
./configure: line 1683: src/Main.h: Permission denied
checking for /usr/include/gtkmm-2.0/gtkmm/window.h... no
configure: error: libgtkmm-devel version 2.0 or newer needed (see www.gtkmm.org).
so, libgtkmm-devel is missing and it seems something with the rights of src/Main.h is wrong.
I installed gtkmm and gtkmm1, but libgtkmm-devel was not installed.
I have rw rights to Main.h
I don't know which package contains gtkmm-devel or if it's in any current arch-package. (the sources are from 2004 ...)
However, maybe this infos are a little help....

I've researched aboud gtkmm-devel, and I found it as a RPM package. I'm going to put the link for my PKGBUILD here, if someone want to try it after getting gtkmm-devel by rpm:
http://rapidshare.com/files/25834606/PK … .52.tar.gz
gtkmm-devel RPM can be found here :

ok,
gtkmm-devel-rpm is not needed.
The package gtkmm2.2 contains the missing file /usr/include/gtkmm-2.0/gtkmm/window.h
now I get the same error gbrunoro has posted in the second post running make.
Seems to be a problem in src/Main.h and src/AccessPoint.h, but I don't know how to fix it....

I might be wrong, but it seems like you'd need some serious porting to make it compatible with the new libs.

I am really sorry I sent you all out on this jurney. I did not know it was so old. Should have done some more research first.
So, do not bother trying to fix this.
Sorry.
