I followed the above wiki to the letter. Flash still doesn't work. I'm using Arch 64, Firefox, and kdemod. I'll post any additional details. Any suggestions?

Do you have flash on firefox? If not, make sure you have all the dependencies of nspluginwrapper.

You mean the dozen or so lib32 files? Already have them.
I think I figured out what's going on. It seems that nspluginwrapper installed Flash to the Mozilla folder (even though I don't have Mozilla installed) instead of the Firefox folder. Is it as simple as moving the Flash files?

Firefox scans the Mozilla folder there should be no need to move files. You can goto about:plugins in Firefox to check if it (npwrapper.libflashplayer.so) is being loaded.

I moved it from /root/.mozilla/plugins and now it works. o.O

So you didn't follow the wiki to the letter. From the wiki:
After installing nspluginwrapper-flash, make sure you are not in a root console
nspluginwrapper -v -a -i
If you had to move from /root, you did that step in root mode
