is there any java ee sdk package out there? i want to develop servlets and for this i need it.

If you want j2ee (i.e. not just Servlets) why not install one without Pacman. (if you don't want Tomcat).

You could also use Netbeans (in AUR) which has a built in Tomcat and the Sun application server as an add-on.

A lot of these Java things have installers anyway.
