configure locale

hi

the problem is that i cant see/create files/folders which their name in another language ( like Hebrew in my case)

Maybe start with a Hebrew font??

i have hebrew fonts , i can write hebrew too( like this "שלום")
what i cant see/create files/folders which their name in hebrw

guys i read the ntfs - 3g website and i understand that i need to configure the local

LOCALE in rc.conf accepts exactly ONE value, so choose one of those three.

when i choose the one of the hebrew - all the sysyen is in hebrew -
i just want the option to see\create files with Hebrew name

so i change the locale back to English - and edit /etc/fstab

now i can see that files in the ntfs partitions but i cant create file - why?
how i configure the other partition to have the Hebrew locale?
