Can I rerun the KDE first run wizard?

I'm sure this question has a really simple answer, but I've been searching the internet and the KDE documention up and down and I can't find a solution to this. All I'm really trying to do is change the effects settings that you could set in the wizard, and I can't find anything in the control center or anywhere else about it. So if I could rerun the wizard, or change the effect settings some other way, either one would work. If it matters, I'm using KDEmod rather than regular KDE.

Run kpersonalizer.
