opera 9.20 flash problem

I know that in the older release we have this problem but now it should be solved... my opera is running slow and cannot close flash adds

opera: Plug-in 6307 is not responding. It will be closed.
opera: Define environment variable OPERA_KEEP_BLOCKED_PLUGIN to keep blocked plug-ins.
