Jack often crashes

Hi,

i've managed to set up a small recording studio with ardour, muse and hydrogen - alltogether with jack. But
the jack Server often crashes. I don't have more informationen yet, because i don't know exactly how to debug...

Can someone help me?

Try running jackd with the realtime flag and 3 or 4 periods rather than the default 2.
