Hello,
Sometimes i want to download PKGBUILDs, but I can only access to the vewcvs page and when there are multiple files, these are difficult to download. Is there a possibility to download the package easily. I know I can use CVS but I find CVS too complicated when I look at revision managements like svn or others ...
I think of downloading tar.gz files containing the PKGBUILDs or giving a clear CVS command. Is it possible ?
Thanks

If you just want to install packages without changing the PKGBUILD you can get them via pacman if they are in the community repo (which should be the case if you can see the viewCVS thingy btw)
/etc/pacman.conf
[community]
# Add your preferred servers here, they will be used first
Include = /etc/pacman.d/community
Please excuse if I'm totally wrong with my hint.
Cheers Sigi
Haven't been here in a while. Still rocking Arch.
