SSH warnings

I followed the wiki SSH installation guide, and then the follow-up SSH key guide. I chose the 'path b' option for the SSH keys, and installed keychain.

When I opened a new shell to test my settings, I got this message:

bash: SSH_AUTH_SOCK=/tmp/ssh-ydjiO21275/agent.21275;: No such file or directory

KeyChain 2.6.8; http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/keychain/
Copyright 2002-2004 Gentoo Foundation; Distributed under the GPL

 * Inheriting ssh-agent (20606)
 * Initializing /home/.keychain/lair-sh file...
 * Initializing /home/.keychain/lair-csh file...
 * Initializing /home/.keychain/lair-fish file...
 * Initializing /home/.keychain/lair-sh-gpg file...
 * Initializing /home/.keychain/lair-csh-gpg file...
 * Initializing /home/.keychain/lair-fish-gpg file...
 * Starting gpg-agent
 * Warning: /home/.ssh/id_dsa.pub missing; can't tell if /home/.ssh/id_dsa is loaded

Every new shell now has a message of this format, without the 'Initializing' lines.

I'd like to know why the 'SSH_AUTH_SOCK' line appears, if anyone knows. I'd also like to know whether the 'Warning:' line is anything to worry about... the wiki tells you to delete id_dsa.pub, so I'm hoping the warning isn't important.

I appreciate any help you can offer.
