Not sure what the proper etiquette is for a desktop-of-the-month thread that's over, but could I ask what GTK theme and wallpaper you're using? The GTK looks like a recolored version of the Ubuntu "Human" one, but google searches aren't bringing anything up. Did you make it yourself?

Its the default clearlooks theme that comes in arch but with the selected items background colour changed in  Preferences > Themes to #658E3F. And the wallpaper is in the gnome-backgrounds package.

There is no real magic behind it. I followed that howto and left the rest on default. The one trick I used is having the DPI settings in Gnome set to 72 because otherwise it freaks out the font in gnome-terminal. hth.
