Suspend Problem

Hi all

i just installed kernel26suspend 2.6.21, added resume  and userui to mkinitcpio edited all hibernate files as pointed out in the wiki but when i type hibernate it hangs on doing atomic copy 245/319 MB

i tried to increase the ProcSetting extra_pages_allowance 4000 but it was not the case here.

Any ideas?

OK solved that. just needed ProcSetting extra_pages_allowance to be > 10000.

But how can i configure the acpid when i close lid to hibernate the laptop>??

For the event lid (provided that the lid event is seen by your acpi implementation) define as action "hibernate" (provided that you use the hibernate-script). Do that in a file into /etc/acpi.
