YaST: SaX2

Since YaST has become open-source, I would love to see arch-packages for some of its components. The package-management and so on is obsolete since we have pacman, but what about SaX2? Is there a better app to configure X around? When I got my LCD-screen I installed SuSE just to get a fully working XF86Config. It would be great to see a pacman-package for it so I don't have to reinstall SuSE later. I guess I'm not the only one that would appreciate it.

Re: YaST: SaX2

I thought Novell had decided to license YaST under GPL. All The source rpms are at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/current/suse/src/

Re: YaST: SaX2

SaX2 is YaST-x11, so yes, its a part of YaST. I Think YaST bacame version 2 in SuSE 7 or something.

Re: YaST: SaX2

sax2 rpm is available from ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/current/suse/i586

It has a long list of dependancies but YaST does not appear to be amongst them.
