Documentation needed

Hi again!

I'm trying to make my own Arch CD with all the packages I need. I also want to change the installation a little. Do you have any documentation about the setup somewhere? This would be very helpful.

Well, this i don't know but you could probably get alot of help or pointers on our irc channel (#archlinux) there is usually some developers around there.

theres a few files in the /arch dir called pkglist.cd and packages.txt, packages are stored in /arch/pkg

to customise your own list add the packages to packages.txt with the correct prefix i.e. /base /opt etc.. and add the name to pkglist.cd also, and lastly place the pakage itself into /arch/pkg

theres allot more to it that this, like building an iso, kernel etc... but thats the jist.
