I am running Adobe Flash 9 in nspluginwrapper in Opera with 32-bit qt libraries under Arch x86_64 (breathe in!). I've noticed that the Adobe plugin (or is it?) only allows one instance of flash running on all your visiting sites as a whole. For example, say I had a flash-based radio stream app running on one tab in Opera. Then I decide to see what's new on YouTube. When I encounter another site that utilizes flash, the first flash-based app will terminate and leave a grey-colored box in its place. Although I don't powerbrowse hard enough to really run into problems with this, it is annoying at times, especially when flash ads devour my all-so-precious flash instances that I really want.
Has anyone experienced this issue also? How did you get around it?

No idea what's wrong but at least I can tell you that I can play multiple flash files in regular x86 Arch with Opera 9.20 and extra/flashplugin 9.0.31.0-1.

The "grey colored box" thing seems to be a issue with opera... I am running i686 and have the same problem, sometimes when switching tabs and sometimes when just opening some flash stuff...
want a modular and tweaked KDE for arch? try kdemod

I agree...
konqueror works with flash much better than opera.
