shutdown

Hi!

After yesterdays or a day before update (I updated also today) shutdown of computer is different. I had a router and when I did shutdown computer after network stop the light on the router turned off. Yesterday didn't and when computer is off (shutdown -h now) the light is on still. I had this problem with Debian but never with Arch and never with SuSE Linux.
Is it something different in the script?

A little more:

when I am going to runlevel 1 the light is still on and when I am back to runlevel 3 network doesn't work but look (light) that is on.
