showing glxgears fps?

Ah, no stupid questions, right?  Did they finally remove the fps display from glxgears?

glxgears -printfps

and

glxgears -iacknowledgethatthistoolisnotabenchmark

give me nada..

edit: ah nevermind.. looks like it prints out in the terminal window by default now.  Sorry for the post.

it's printed on the console ... run glxgears from a console win .. it will print every 5 seconds
