Adding gdm themes

How do you add gdm themes?
You used to be able to install them at the login screen now i cant find that config any where?
Im not using gnome just xfce4, tried looking for the folder but with no luck?

You could also use gdmsetup as root to setup gdm. If you would use GNOME you would see it in the GNOME Menu. ;-) . But I am also missing the menu-entry directly at the gdm-screen...
