How To Change XFCE4's Menu Icon

I have just had to reinstall XFCE4. When I first installed it over a year ago, I had somehow managed to change the icon for the XFCE4 menu from the default blue X with a rodent in the middle to an Arch logo that I had prepared for the purpose. Now that I have re-installed, I am back to the "X with rodent" icon and don't remember how I did the original modification.

Does anyone know how to change that icon to another arbitrary icon file? Last time, I remember that I found the actual icon that XFCE4 was using and simply replaced the file. However, the new XFCE4 4.4 doesn't have the icon in the same place and I am stumped.

Any and all help much appreciated!

Re: How To Change XFCE4's Menu Icon

First a question:

Do you mean the button of the menu inside the panel plugin?

And if the answer to that question is yes:

Have you tried choosing a different icon from the plugin's properties dialog?
right-mouse-click -> Properties

Re: How To Change XFCE4's Menu Icon

Just right click on the "X w/ rodent button" on a panel, and hit properties. There is an Icons section, with a button icon dialog set to /usr/share/pixmaps/xfce4_xicon1.png by default, so just change that.
