MythTV windowed mode resolution

I recently installed Mythtv and have a question about the resolution of mythfrontend when run in windowed mode.  I see in the setup menu where I can specify the exact resolution, but I would like to be able to use the mouse to resize the window depending on how many apps I have open at the time.  Is there a way to do this?

Well I found a workaround for my situation.  It doesn't look like there is a hotkey to switch back and forth between fullscreen and windowed mode.  However,  I set it to fun windowed.  Then on the few occasions I do want to run in fullscreen, I run mythfrontened with the following flags

mythfrontend --geometry 1440x900 -nw

That runs it at the resolution of my LCD and in non-windowed mode.  I can live with it.
