Xorg-server 1.3.0.0 solved

I installed Xorg-server 1.3.0.0 and KDE wouldn't start. I renamed xorg.conf and created a new one with xorgconfig and the KDE started but didn't look right. There were wide bands of different colours. I compared this xorg with my original and I couldn't see any significant differences. Any body have any Idea.
I down graded and went back to my original xorg.conf.

I removed xorg.conf now ever thing seems to work
